What it does
View, clean up, export
Formats
Opens PLY (including compressed SuperSplat / PlayCanvas files), .splat and .spz. Sets itself as the default app for PLY files, with QuickLook preview in Finder.
Clean up
Hide stray splats (floaters) and oversized blobs, then trim with a world-fixed crop box — the object rotates through it for a clean cut.
Straighten & grade
Move, rotate (X/Y/Z) to straighten tilted drone captures, scale, and grade the look: exposure, contrast, saturation and a procedural sky gradient.
Export
Export the cleaned scene as PLY (Pro) and save full-resolution screenshots.
Where it fits
The viewer to RadianceKit’s trainer
Want to create your own Gaussian splats? RadianceKit turns photos and video into splat scenes on the Mac; RadianceView is where you open, tidy up and export them. Background on the technology is in the primer over on the blog.
